Returns & exchanges
Eligibility
Hair must be unworn, uncut, unaltered and returned in its original packaging with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been washed, styled or removed from its packaging.
Exchanges
If your texture, length or colour isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange it for a different item of equal or greater value (with the difference payable) within the 7-day window.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued as store credit or back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
How to start a return
Email hello@guniluxeliving.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off and confirm once your return is received.
